Double Black Construction provides our own foundational work, including surveying and site testing, to ensure the most solid base for the rest of the construction. We prepare and pour the concrete foundation as part of the structural system that supports the weight of the rest of the building.

Clients do not need to locate and hire a separate company to create a foundation – we’ll take care of it to ensure the finished base meets and exceeds the needs of the structure. Not every steel building partner offers such comprehensive services.
